•  Details of outstanding loans from other banks (if any)
•   Business plan and project feasibility report 
•  Project cash flow report 
•  Legal licenses and agreements related to the project
•   Payment plan and sources of income 
•  Profile of the project owners in the form of a CV
• A copy of the passport or driver’s license for the project owner
