RENEWABLE ENERGY PROJECTS DEVELOPMENT AND SUPPORT SERVICE

ANIEMAX & PARTNERS provide world-class bankable feasibility study for  renewable  energy projects and development of initial costing for the project engineering, procurement and construction as well as the preparation of an operations and maintenance scope and budgeting,

project financing sources for project developers. 

We shall provide training for Clients employees to support the company’s capacity to develop and operate the project.

We focus on the development and management of off-grid and mini-grid Renewable energy systems in emerging markets. 

Our complex services include an engineering solutions-Design, construction, and commissioning of a Hybrid Solar /battery bank power plant. 

Aniemax will also manage the international competitive Bidding for the supply of and installation of mini Solar/wind power plant, including invitations to bids for the Engineering procurement installation and commissioning of Solar/wind Hybrid projects as well as solar Embedded power generation projects. 

Our Proposals

We build a vertically integrated Solar PV/Wind product value chain – A One-Stop Energy Solution Provider. 

We are interested in entering into a partnership agreement to develop and invest in Hybrid Solar/Wind power projects with Partners. 

The Partnership will provide a framework for Collaborative project development and joint investment and jointly realize projects. 

Aniemax will take an equity stake in winning projects and fund third-party development costs such as feasibility studies, environmental and social impact assessments, and other due diligence fees, backed with technical support, financial structure, and development process management.

 We also sponsor the feasibility study, development of initial cost for the engineering, procurement and construction (EPC) as well as the preparation of an operations and maintenance (O&M) scope and budget, including providing training for employees to support the company’s capacity to develop and operate the project. 

Aniemax plays a direct role in:

  • Selecting the Investment Partners 
  • Identifying the optimum technical solutions
  •  Selecting and negotiating with the EPC contractors to procure the most competitive price 
  • Estimating the most competitive  O & M and developing appropriate and Innovative financing
  •  Processing all the permits, licenses, and approvals required as a prerequisite to achieve Financial Close, drawdown of Funds under the credit facility agreement, and commencement of Constructions.
  •  Dedicated to operating and maintaining power supply based on To Build, Own, and operate  plans “BOO” or Build, Own, Operate and Transfer ( BOOT),
  •  Design, Construction, and Commissioning of the power plant and to Integrate Solar Modules into property assessed clean energy financing programs.
